couple points as I've hosted listserv's before.

1.  This is redundant, it's already in the headers
List-Unsubscribe: <http://ohnosec.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/app_rpt-users>,
	<mailto:app_rpt-users-request at ohnosec.org?subject=unsubscribe>

2. This will not make a difference to these people, they will still send abuse
complaints.  People are buttholes; as rule hams have a higher percentage of
buttholes than the general population.

How about you publicly shame them and b7 them from allstar?
