[App_rpt-users] Node numbering

IRLP nodes did, indeed, used to be in the 4XXXXX range, until 2010 or whenever when Dave asked that IRLP no longer be supported by app_rpt. At which time I sold my IRLP board and pulled my IRLP node. (I will end there before going on to my usual grumbling about IRLP.)
