[App_rpt-users] Node not in database

Your node is not registered as indicated by a white background on the node list here. https://allstarlink.org/nodelist.php. 

A common reason for that is no network connectivity.  A misconfigured /etc/resolv.conf sometimes happens on new ACID installs. Make sure it has the correct DNS servers.
