[App_rpt-users] Changing courtesy tones

Happy 4th to everyone,

Trying to figure out where I am going wrong in changing the courtesy
tone(s) specifically the linked tone i.e. when other users unkey on the
remote nodes...

I thought this was as simple as changing ct8=.... and
run asterisk -rx "module reload"
and even rebooted, did not change the tone at all - and what is the best
way to reload these settings?
