[App_rpt-users] Telemetry enable only when dialing out.

I have a bunch of conenctions coming in and out.

Is there a way to only enable the telemetry when I am dialing out to a node
or unlinking the node? Would it be possible to have a courtesy beep when a
node is connected to me instead of the voice?
