While I agree that it's best to look the stuff up and learn on your own,
there's getting around the fact that
searching drupal is a simply a daunting task, at best.


The answer you're looking for -is- in the telemetry mode statement...

telemdefault 	0 = telemetry output off, 1 = telemetry output on, 2 =
timed telemetry output on command execution and for a short time
thereafter 	1
telemdynamic 	0 = disallow users to change the local telemetry setting
with a COP command, 1 = Allow users to change the setting with a COP
command 	1



It's beyond me why someone simply can not just answer the question.
Time is saved, frustrations levels are dropped, the appearance of
cooperation rises...
