Follow the directions: type "help radio"

atom2*CLI> help radio
             radio active  Change commanded device
                radio key  Simulate Rx Signal Present
          radio set debug  Radio Debug
      radio set debug off  Radio Debug
         radio set xdebug  Radio set xpmr debug level
               radio tune  Radio Tune
              radio unkey  Simulate Rx Signal Lusb
atom2*CLI>
[root at atom2 ~]#

There are seven "radio" commands and a number of sub commands.
For example "radio tune"

atom2*CLI> radio tune
Active radio interface is [usb27021]
Device String is 3-2
Card is 0>
Output A is currently set to auxvoice.
Output B is currently set to composite.
Tx Voice Level currently set to 700
Tx Tone Level currently set to 100
Rx Squelch currently set to 775
Usage: radio tune <function>
       rxnoise
       rxvoice
       rxtone
       rxsquelch [newsetting]
       txvoice [newsetting]
       txtone [newsetting]
       auxvoice [newsetting]
       save (settings to tuning file)
       load (tuning settings from EEPROM)

       All [newsetting]'s are values 0-999

atom2*CLI> help radio
