[App_rpt-users] IRLP back on?

The way the voicemail worked on IRLP was nice and I wish I could figure
that out as well on app_rpt.  I had mine setup in the day so each user had
an assigned voicemail box, 1001-1025 or so. If a user left them a message,
I had the tail message setup so it would play  "there is currently
voicemail for...."  the voicemail box would have the users own voice
announcing his callsign.  That made it really nice!!
