The svn is currently down so I can't get you the exact link but, it was the
latest voter-smt.cry file available dated march 21st or so.

I'm guessing you updated your RTCM with a new version. I'm pretty sure menu
20 is for hardware that's not out yet. For this reason, it's not always wist
to grab stuff from svn unless you're absolutely sure what it is.
Pardon if this has been discussed before but what is keying your system?
