[App_rpt-users] portal download

I have been trying for a week to download the config from the portal for 
node 27260 and 40818. I have tried four different router's and have even 
hooked the computer direct to the cable modem and nothing works. I know that 
I am communicating with the portal because I gave it a phony password and it 
told me " improper password " or something to that effect. anyone know what 
I should try?
