[App_rpt-users] more on bulletin playback

Hi,

Here are the relevant lines from rpt.conf:

idrecording=id/id
[…]
idtime=480000
;politeid=30000
idtalkover=|ide KB5ELV/R ERI

So…maybe there’s a difference between playback and localplay?

I’ll play around with it some more maybe over the weekend.
