[App_rpt-users] IRLP install script

david cameron, the inventor of irlp, demanded it be removed from asterisk.  so, you are right, it's not available, not installed, and if you manage to install it and get it working and cameron finds 9out, he will cut you off (but not delete you from his node list so as to appear to be loosing users).  don't even bother...it's so 1990s technology.
