[App_rpt-users] Zaptel failure

So I shut down my server and repeater to do some house keeping and cables
routing.

When I powered back up I noticed the URI would blink green briefly go solid
for a bit and then blink again. Of coarse my repeater was not "repeating"

I logged in via ssh and went to the CLI and I was greeted with this.

I then attached a monitor and rebooted. The failure was when starting
zaptel. It said it couldn't find /dev/zap.

Ugh I just don't know enough about this to understand what caused it or how
to fix it. I did use ex file explorer and did not under /dev there isn't
any zap.

Any help?
