[App_rpt-users] app_rpt mototrbo/DMR

I've actually spoken with Travis, KJ4NDP, a few times via his linked interconnect; I was surprised how good it sounded, since there are differences in the AMBE vocoder used in D-STAR and DMR. Even using a DV-Dongle at his end, there didn't seem to be any audio artifacts that I could hear.
