Sorry Skyler,

My info is pretty old.

In any case not all offices are the same.

Be a good mouse and keep heading for the cheese !

You will probably need to scour the nws web for the local forecast as text
and use a text to speech generator. You might have the need to learn XML
file parsing to clean a rss file up for reading.

If you have any contacts with local nws, they might be of help pointing
you to local resources that might save some work.
