[App_rpt-users] Beagle Board-xM Pickle Build w/URI

Set "telemetry" in the node stanza to "telemetry=0" or "telemetry=2" as
documented here  http://ohnosec.org/drupal/node/103 unless that
functionality doesn't exist on pickle.  I'm not familiar with pickle.
