[App_rpt-users] FW: AllstarLink Financial Donation

I'm sure I set up a monthly donation and it's not very hard to do you
just tick off a box.
I'm pretty sure most people who own repeaters can mange this ongoing
commitment to of setting the cost of maintaining the Allstar system.
