[App_rpt-users] RPI2 DIAL

OK I just had this problem.. One of my antennas was 12" a way from the RPi
and when the radio (5 watts) keyed up the RPi rebooted. I couldn't figure
why it was rebooting.  I moved the antenna and all is well.
