[App_rpt-users] Faster telemetry

For instance if it is like
"Node 12345 connected to node 54321"

Do the seperate audio files for each number play right away after each
other or is there a delay function in it.

For instance is it like

PLAY 1.ulaw
Wait a fraction of a second
PLAY 2.ulaw

Or is there just a bit of silence in the audio file that I  could chop out?
