Here I am guessing a little based on what you have said.

The file you are downloading is a ISO

it is a standard image for a CD (in our case)

You need to just download/save the file on your computer.
Then when download is complete,
Open you favorite CD burning software and CREATE A CD FROM A ISO IMAGE.
Pointing to the iso image you just downloaded.

Now what exactly it says in your software is unknown to me.
But that is the basics of it.

Once you have your burned CD, set your computer up to boot from CD ROM,
(probably does allready)

Put freshly burned CD in and start machine.Follow on screen instruction.

Hopefully that is what you were looking for.
