[App_rpt-users] courtesy tones

I think I was using a  Morse K at one time, and I didn't need to create
anything special.
I believe it looked like :

rpt.conf
Node Stanza section
unlinkedct=ct12; Send K when not connected to another node

[telemetry]
ct12=|iK  ; K morse code

I also have some custom courtesy tone examples on
