[App_rpt-users] Can't connect in or out

My node that I set up is showing up green on the nodelist online, and the
ports are forwarded but I can't connect in our out for some reason.

This is an inbound call while monitoring the asterisk CLI:

Why can't anybody connect nor can I connect to anybody?
