[App_rpt-users] Weather Scripts

All it is is the stuff already posted out there that w0anm created.  He has it available on his blog.  There is nothing special about my configuration other that I am running the licensed cepstral voices that I paid for.  Just do a search for w0anm blog and everything is there that you will need.  Just follow the instructions.  Google is your friend...
