set with a IFR, only way we seem to get the falsing under control it by
having the input so low its unusable.
if the audio levels are set with the 1k tone @ 3KHz dev (which is what
the audio setup says to do) then it falses like crazy.
sadly only way I see getting around the issue is dtmf mute=off
