[App_rpt-users] turing off repeater

I found only one code (92) to turn off an allstar repeater and it seems to do so by disabling the reciever. Unfortunatly now i can not turn it back on because the reciever is "DISABLED". Have i just found the wrong code or am i missing something here? Pursuant to U.S. Code, title 47, Chapter 5, Sub-chapter II, ß227,
"Any and all non-solicited commercial E-mail sent to this address is subject to a download and archival fee of $500.00 U.S.". E-mailing denotes acceptance of these terms.
