[App_rpt-users] Cannot Connect to Node

I am having issues with a new node I recently set up. I had post a couple of weeks ago about having issues with WebTransceiver connecting to it. At the time it was improperly registering (showing up using the wrong IP address). That problem has been corrected but I still cannot access it using WebTransceiver. Using the AllStar portal, I go to Network-->All Online Nodes and my node number does not appear in the list. When I go to Network-->System-Wide Node List, my node appears and is highlighted green. When I go to Network-->Node Status-->27981 I get a black page with a white rectangular box with: "AllStar Link [surrounding node 27981] status as of 03/27/15 02:31:50 GMT"
I checked the iax.conf file and the node number and password are correct.
No clue where to check next.
