[App_rpt-users] Voting

[Jeff Carrier]

They work quite well in my environment.  There are a few caveats, best
practices and things to know before you get started.  These are things
you'll learn here either by asking or finding the info in the archives.

BTW thanks to all who helped me refine my system.  It votes flawlessly!
