[App_rpt-users] DIAL distribution : a few questions

Thanks for the kind words.

1: A backup is always a good idea. The problem with a kernel upgrade is 
that the kernel headers also need to be upgraded also. The DAHDI needs 
to be re-built. apt-get upgrade should still be safe.
2: Yes, source to DAHDI, Asterisk and of course app_rpt is included. the 
source used to compile DAHDI and Asterisk are at /usr/srv/astsrc-1.4.23-pre
2: Since we use the svn for the source, the plan is to checkout changes 
and re-compile. Not a full re-compile, just the changes modules.
