[App_rpt-users] Unregistered nodes.

Alberto,
If you stop and restart asterisk it should get a address of 
67.215.233.178 under host.

Add the following to have asterisk get the address the first time it is 
started.
cd /etc/asterisk
wget https://github.com/N4IRS/AllStar/raw/master/configs/dnsmgr.conf
restart asterisk
