[App_rpt-users] DIAL distro now available for RPi2

The DIAL distro for Allstar is now available for the Raspberry Pi 2 at:

http://dl.allstarlink.org/dial/rpi2_dial.img

It has basically the same contents as the x86 DIAL distro, but runs on an RPi2.

It is approx 2GB in size, and will function on any SD card 2GB or larger (for larger
cards, an option is provided for expanding the root partition to the full size of the card).
