[App_rpt-users] Asterisk suddenly failing

Today i had no idea but asterisk had stopped here is some sample error
messages that i found that could be useful..

[Oct 25 18:20:56] NOTICE[17132] app_rpt.c: Normal Repeater Init  40875
[Oct 25 18:20:56] WARNING[17152] chan_usbradio.c: Loaded parameters from
usbradio_tune_usb29925.conf for device usb29925 .
[Oct 25 18:20:56] WARNING[17149] chan_usbradio.c: Possibly stuck USB read
channel. [usb29925]
[Oct 25 18:20:56] WARNING[17149] chan_usbradio.c: Nope, USB read channel
[usb29925] wasn't stuck after all.


I am still trying to figure out what caused the repeater to fail.
