[App_rpt-users] Procedure for loading DIAL on a R-Pi2 or a PC

Thats the one I use too. Works great! But for sure you need to burn to 
thumb drive using "DD mode".

By the way after you burn to thumb drive windows will not see it as a 
drive any more.
