[App_rpt-users] RTCM Host LED Flashing

Failover is buggy. It ends up connecting to both the primary and the backup
server giving an echo. That's different than you what you were seeing. But
thought I ask anyway.

Could be that the ethernet duplex setting will help. Sometimes that's a
better match to your switch.
