[App_rpt-users] hda1 cleanup

It's often a large, festering one :-) (especially if you are running chan_echolink),
since it never seems to re-claim old records (it just creates new ones).

It's something called 'db1'. It was chosen (not by me), because it was free and
functional.

What form of db is that? Many require maintenance to prevent unlimited growth...

Also, /var/lib/asterisk/astdb can grow HUGE (for no "good" reason).
