No, but looks very interesting, Bryan.  Steps towards a app_rpt based IP
dispatch console.

Haven't started down that path yet but one thing I'd like to try to
setup when I have some time is recording the on-channel activity and, if
I could have the MDC ID with the transmissions, even better.
