[App_rpt-users] DIAL maintenance

I am running the original version of DIAL when it was first released on my
RPI2. It dawned on me that maybe I should be looking at logs or at least
rotating them.

Are there places I should be looking that can get filled up over time?

This is a topic I've never really fully grasped and should probably be more
vigilant about it.
