[App_rpt-users] IAXRPT /Zoiper access to node list?

You would use the WebTransceiver 
<https://allstarlink.org/portal/webtransceiver.php> if you had a login 
to allstarlink.org. It has it's own issues (java) but it works for some 
desktop browsers. Don't know about mobile browsers.
