[App_rpt-users] Allmon 2 voter?

Nevermind, I figured it out, allmon2 added voting back to the
allmon.ini.php.

My new question is: on a voter system is it normal for the RSSI to vary
with audio even when full quieting?

So I key up, it's at 255, and as I talk, it varies below 255?
