I had done the port forward, but had turned it off to test the windows app. I will re-enable the port forward.
I am using KF5AF-R as my callsign and used it when I tested connectivity on the windows app. I was assigned a 6 digit node number (789124). I assume this node number does not change regardless of the app used to get into the EchoLink network.
Also, still not registering on APRS-IS. Is there something I need to do to make this work?
Any other thoughts?

Two things come to mind:
First, you can't connect more than one Echolink node from behind the same firewall. You'll probably want to set up your port forwarding to your repeater's IP address, 5198-5200 UDP, 5200 also TCP. If you have your port forwarding set for your Windows machine, clearly you'll need to reset that. If you don't have it set up at all, as Windows seems to work around that requirement, you'll need to set up the port forwarding from your router to your repeater.
Second, remember that for a radio link, you'll need a -r or a -l node, which means requesting a new node number.
Finally, and this is sort of a big deal that I don't think has been addressed yet, you're kind of SOL if you have a seven-digit node number. chan_echolink only recognizes node numbers that are six digits or fewer. Unless that changed and no one told me.
