Has anyone generated a document that outlines ...

1) the full list of COP comands,  the list of parameters for each, and 
how they interact

2) the full list of  ILINK commands, the list of parameters for each, 
and how they interact

3) the steps necessary to build custom macros (for an RF or IAX or SIP user)

If the document doesn't exist, does anyone have a fancy but well 
documented set of CONF files that they would be willing to share. Or, 
any other useful pointers.
