[App_rpt-users] Repeated Errors Showing Up

Those appear to be jitter buffer errors indicating a large amount of
delay.  Do you have any traffic shaping setup on your router?  If so, it
could be causing issues.  I would assume that your router is giving low
priority to the IAX traffic, or that you have an unstable internet
connection.
