[App_rpt-users] Announcments help please

Hello,
I recently set up app_rpt to connect my UHF repeater to Allstar and Echolink.

I'm just now discovering the incredible power of Asterisk/app_rpt.

Could someone please help/guide me with the following thing I'd like to be able to do:

1) Transmit voice announcements every x minutes
2) Be able to change those announcement easily -- txt/email msg converted to speech would be perfect
3) Create new messages (i.e., with their own timer schedule in additional to existing messages) to be transmitted regularly, both manually (i.e., on my instruction) and automatically (time, weather, other telemetry, etc.)
