[App_rpt-users] RTCM 1 PPS Specs

OK, I am currently trying to get my GPS unit running with my RTCM. I am
using a QRP Labs QLG1 at the moment for testing which does output a 5v
1PPS. The pulse from the QLG1 is 100ms long. I haven't been able to get the
RTCM to achieve a GPS lock so my question happens to be what are the
parameters besides the voltage level that need to be met for the RTCM for a
valid 1 PPS input to it? I haven't been able to find this information
online anywhere.
