[App_rpt-users] can boot DIAL on USB with UEFI

The video is intel. If that helps. I cant seem to get more info than that.
The pc is an ACER aspire XC600 64 bit .
I did get into the bios and enable CSM and disable boot security.
I sett he boot order to usb device first.
