[App_rpt-users] Allmon2 Giving login Failed

[Tower DIVA]

I have gone through every thing that I can think of, (allmon.ini.php and
manager.conf) confirmed that there is exactly the same password, sand also
did the htpassswd file.  Still am unable to log into allmon2 on the GUI.  I
am up for ideas.   Help?
