[App_rpt-users] Gm300 have to set the rxondelay very high

Many ways actually.  I have used it simplex like this and I have used it as
a remote base using link2link, and at one point in time I was even using
the steering lines and using it as a remote base. I have done this on both
VHF and UHF.
