[App_rpt-users] Disable the TXENA

Is it possible to disable the T X E N A announcement when re enabling the
transmitter? I have a script which disables the transmitter and re-enables
every time that I switch channels on my remote base. It is sort of annoying
that it goes throughout all links that have telemetry enabled.
