[App_rpt-users] Node 28515

I was informed by a local ham that he was unable to link to another node through our Allstar repeater, node 28515.  When I tried it I got confirmation tones followed by "connection to node number nnnnn was unsucessful".  After verifying info information per Allstar Link.org suggestions in the  article [Cannot Receive Connections or Make Connectios to Other Allstar Nodes] including proper port forwarding I was only able to get connections and commands to work intermittently.Yesterday the node was listed with green background, today is is not and show up as "Node 28515 is no longer in the database".  Everything appears normal during reboots.
Could you please check 28515 status and make suggestions as to why the system has gone down.
