[App_rpt-users] Voter RTCM sometimes offline-mode but not when there is a telnet connection

Is the RTCM and the server on the same Ethernet LAN at the same location?
Are you using an Ethernet switch or a hub?
If you are using a switch then why are you not running everything full
duplex?
