[App_rpt-users] Node seems registered and online but will not connect to other nodes..

I have been helping out some one with an allstar node and it seems that the
allstar network doesn't want to acknowledge the node..

I own 41715 so when this node tries to connect to me I get this error..
[Nov  4 21:07:20] WARNING[903]: app_rpt.c:22685 rpt_exec: Reported node
27890 cannot be found!!

The node with the problem is 27890 however in stats.allstarlink.org it
shows online..

At first i thought it could have been a dns issue so changed resolv.conf to
8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4

Anyone have any ideas on why a dial image fresh install of allstarlink
would not report its self to the network..

rc.local looks like this..
/usr/local/bin/rc.updatenodelist &


The /tmp file is empty which is rare..

Anyone have a clue why this node seems to be failing to update the other
node lists.
